NLCS.LLC. uses a HIPAA compliant, secure, web based medical record to cover clinical documentation and billing records.  This record saves time for both you and your therapist. Time that was used during the session to complete questionnaires and inventories can now be completed at home, or anywhere you have access to the internet.
